The way to reach Digback is email: [email protected]. Digback is built and run by one person, Lalit Fauzdar, so your message goes to the person who writes the code. This page says what to put in the email so the first answer can already help.
How do I contact Digback?
Email [email protected]. There is no chat widget and no phone line.
What should I put in the email?
It depends on why you are writing:
- Something is broken. Say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps. Never send your password or your MCP token.
- An import did not work. Say which app the file came from (Reddit, WhatsApp or Instagram), whether it was a
.zip,.txt,.csvor.json, and what Digback said. Do not attach the file unless asked, because it holds your messages. - The MCP server will not connect. Say which app you use (Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor and so on) and paste the error, with your token removed.
- Privacy or your data. Say what you want: a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. You can also export or delete everything yourself from Settings, and the privacy page explains how.
- A security problem. Put “Security” in the subject line and describe the problem. Please do not test it against other people’s accounts.
- Press or a listing. The about page has the facts in one table: name, what it is, who makes it and the links.
