Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and Lalit Fauzdar (Fauzdar1), who runs Digback. In short: your saved links stay yours, you use Digback for your own saves and nothing unlawful, and Digback is provided as it is, by one person, with care but without promises it cannot keep.

Who are you agreeing with?
Digback is run by Lalit Fauzdar (Fauzdar1), in India, as a personal project. There is no company behind it. “Digback” on this page means the website at digback.com, the app at app.digback.com, the MCP server and the phone app. Contact: [email protected].
Who can use Digback?
Anyone who is at least 13 years old and can agree to these terms where they live. One account is for one person. Keep your password and your MCP token to yourself; anything done with them is treated as done by you.
Who owns what?
Your content is yours. The links, notes, tags and boards you add stay yours. You give Digback only the permission it needs to run the service for you: to store them, read the pages you saved, show them to you, search them, and send them to the services listed on the privacy page when a feature needs it.
Digback is Lalit’s. The software, the design and the name Digback belong to Lalit Fauzdar. Using Digback does not give you rights to them.
What can you not do?
- Break the law, or use Digback to store or spread anything unlawful.
- Try to get into other people’s accounts or data.
- Attack, overload or scrape the service, or get around its limits.
- Use Digback to send spam or to harm the sites it reads.
- Resell access to Digback.
If you do, your account can be suspended or closed. Where it is reasonable, you will be told first and given a chance to export your data.
How do payments work?
Payments are not live yet, and new accounts are paused. When they open, the plans and prices are the ones on the pricing page, in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown when you pay. Any change to prices will be announced on the pricing page before it applies to you. These terms will be updated with the full payment rules, like renewals and refunds, before anyone is charged.
What if Digback gets something wrong?
Digback is built and run with care, but it is provided as it is:
- AI summaries and tags can be wrong. Check anything important.
- A site can go offline, block Digback, or change, so a saved link can die or a pin can stay empty.
- The service can be down for maintenance or because something broke.
Keep your own export of anything you cannot afford to lose. Settings, Data makes one in a click.
As far as the law allows, Lalit Fauzdar is not responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits or lost time, that come from using or not being able to use Digback. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law that cannot be taken away.
Can you leave?
Yes, any time. Export your data from Settings, Data, then delete your account from Settings, Account. Everything is removed at once.
Can Digback stop?
If Digback ever shuts down, you will get notice by email and time to export your data first.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and signed in users are told by email or in the app before the change applies.
Which law applies?
The laws of India.
