Refunds and cancellation
Ask within 7 days of a payment and you get all of it back. You can cancel any time. If you cancel, your plan runs till the end of the time you paid for. If you get a refund, access on that plan stops when the refund is made.

When do these rules apply?
Payments are not live yet, and new accounts are paused. These rules apply from the day payments open, to every plan on the pricing page.
Can I get my money back?
Yes, if you ask within 7 days of the payment. You get the full amount of that payment back, and you do not have to give a reason. This works for the first payment and for every renewal, on every plan, the three year plan included.
A payment is not refunded after those 7 days.
How do I ask for a refund?
Email [email protected] from the email on your Digback account and say which payment you want back. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.
What happens to my account after a refund?
Access on that plan stops when the refund is made. Your saved links are not deleted because of a refund. If you want to leave, export them from Settings, Data and then delete your account, as the terms explain.
How do I cancel?
Any time. Email [email protected] from the email on your Digback account and the plan is cancelled. You do not have to give a reason.
What happens when I cancel?
Monthly, quarterly and yearly plans renew on their own until you cancel. When you cancel, nothing more is charged, and you keep access till the end of the time you already paid for. If you cancel within 7 days of a payment, you can also ask for that payment back.
The three year plan is paid once and does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. You can still ask for a refund within 7 days of paying.
Who handles the payment?
Payments go through Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for Digback plans. Dodo Payments takes the payment and sends any refund. Digback never sees your card number.
